When you call our emergency hotline and request assistance, we will notify you that you will receive SMS notifications regarding the estimated arrival of a volunteer. You must explicitly opt in to receive these messages by confirming your consent verbally or by replying with the keyword "START."
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying with the keyword "STOP." Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS updates unless you explicitly opt in again.

By contacting Chaverim of NEPA through our emergency hotline, you will be asked to confirm your consent to receive text messages regarding the status of your emergency request. You will be informed that these messages are for emergency communication only and must verbally agree to receive them. You may also opt in by texting "START" to our designated number.

You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. Opting out will stop all further communication via text message unless you explicitly opt in again.
